The Festival Series strijkt voor de zesde keer neer in Bratislava. The Festival Bratislava vindt plaats van 23 februari tot en met 1 maart in de bruisende hoofdstad van Slowakije. Net voor het einde van het jaar werd het speelschema van deze editie bekend gemaakt. The Festival Bratislava 2026 (23 feb t/m 1 mrt)
Met de aftrap in Bratislava begint The Festival Series in 2026 aan het grootste jaar uit zijn geschiedenis. Van 23 februari tot en met 1 maart 2026 keert het team rond Martin ‘Franke’ von Zweigbergk terug naar Banco Bratislava, de locatie waar het avontuur in 2021 begon. De vertrouwde setting, bekend om zijn gastvrije sfeer en professionele organisatie, vormt opnieuw het decor voor zeven dagen top-poker en belooft een spectaculaire start van het nieuwe seizoen.
€550 Main Event en side-events
Zoals altijd staan de bekende pijlers van The Festival Series centraal. Het €550 Main Event is daarbij het absolute speerpunt. Alle ogen zijn gericht op Sebastian Kotowicz, die geschiedenis kan schrijven door als eerste speler ooit drievoudig winnaar te worden van dit Main Event in Bratislava, na zijn overwinningen in 2024 en 2025.
Ook het €550 T.O.R.S.E.S Main Event keert terug. De Europese mixed game-scene is de afgelopen jaren explosief gegroeid, wat vorig jaar resulteerde in een recordaantal van 102 deelnemers. De overstap van H.O.R.S.E.S naar T.O.R.S.E.S bleek een schot in de roos en zette een nieuwe persoonlijke mijlpaal neer voor The Festival.
Daarnaast maakt het €250 The Hendon Mob Championship opnieuw deel uit van het programma. Dankzij de solide structuur en toegankelijke buy-in trekt dit wereldberoemde event steevast grote velden. Spelers die hier voor het eerst cashen, verdienen direct een plek in ’s werelds grootste pokerdatabase, terwijl bestaande spelers hun palmares verder kunnen uitbreiden.
