Online Cashgame kampioenschap bij PartyPoker

Op Part[Po]ker begint op 5 april het allereerste Online Casgame kampioenschap, de OCGC. Bewijs dat je de beste bent in deze bijzondere wedstrijd. Je hoeft zeker geen highroller te zijn om mee te doen. Het totale prijzengeld bedraagt $250.000, waarvan minimaal $40.000 voor de winnaar.

Klinkt mooi, maar hoe werkt het? Het kampioenschap is opgedeeld in zeven levels. In ieder level moeten de deelnemers 400 cashgame handen spelen in 1 dag. De spelers met de meeste winst gaan door naar het volgende level. Het eerste level wordt gehouden op de $0.50/$1 NLHE tafels.
 
Part[Po]ker zou de OCGC eigenlijk in maart houden, maar op verzoek van wat VIP spelers besloot Part[Po]ker de ‘Gladiator’ promotie in maart te houden. De OCGC schoof daarom een maandje op.
 

Iedere deelnemer moet op één dag van een level minimaal 400 handen spelen. De deelnemers mogen er ook voor kiezen om iedere dag te spelen. De 400 eerste handen van de beste dag (gebaseerd op winst) van iedere speler tellen mee voor het resultaat in dat level. Wil je meedoen? Geef jezelf dan op via deze link! 

Level 1

Stakes: $0.50/$1 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: 5th to 9th April (five days)

The top 30% of players will proceed to level 2. All other players will go to the Second Chance level.

Stakes: $0.50/$1 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: 12th to 16th April (five days)

The top 30% of players will get a $50 cash prize and proceed to level 3.

Stakes: $0.50/$1 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: 12th to 16th April (five days)

The top 10% of players will get a $50 cash prize and proceed to level 3.

 

Level 3

Stakes: $1/$2 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: 19th to 21st April (three days)

The top 30% of players will get a $200 cash prize and proceed to level 4.

 

Level 4

Stakes: $1/$2 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: 26th to 27th April (two days)

The top 50 players will get a $400 cash prize and proceed to level 5.

 

Level 5

Stakes: $2/$4 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: 29th to 30th April (two days)
 
 The top 18 players will get a $3,000 cash prize ($1,500 to sit at the next table and $1,500 for their account) and will progress to level 6.

 

Level 6

Stakes: $5/$10 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: Play starts at 16:00 ET on 3rd May

Players will be judged on their win rate over a total of 500 hands. They must play a minimum of 400 hands to be included.

The top six players will get a $10,000 cash prize ($5,000 to sit at the next table and $5,000 for their account) and will progress to the final table, level 7.

 

Level 7

Stakes: $5/$10 no-limit Texas Hold’em
Dates: Play starts at 16:00 ET on 7th May

Players will be judged on their win rate over a total of 500 hands. They must play a minimum of 400 hands to be included.

The prizes will be paid out as follows:

  • First place: $40,000
  • Second place: $20,000
  • Third place: $10,000

Special terms and conditions

Second Chance: the 70% of players who do not win their way to level 2 will be entered into a separate ‘Second Chance’ bracket at the same level as the main level 2. The top 10% will proceed to Level 3. At level 6, the 18 players taking part can sit at the table for a minimum of $1,500 and a maximum of $3,000. Players must sit at the table at the time specified. Players must play a minimum of 400 hands to be considered. The six players who make it to the final level can sit at the table for a minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of $10,000. Players must sit at the table at the time specified. Players must play a minimum of 400 hands to be considered. We won’t charge rake at the final two levels. In the case of any ties (where two or more players have exactly the same win value), the player who won the highest individual pot will proceed. Heads-up tables are not included in this promotion. At least three players must be dealt into each hand for it to count towards the OCGC. Bad Beat Jackpot tables are included but any Bad Beat Jackpot payouts will not be included in a player’s win value. Profit (win rate) will be calculated as; (total win) – (total bet) = profit. Rake taken from a pot will not be considered as part of total win.
