De World Series of Poker Europe biedt dit jaar exact hetzelfde toernooischema als vorig jaar. Never change a winning team, moet de organisatie gedacht hebben. Op het programma onder meer een mixed max event, een 6-max toernooi en natuurlijk het €10.450 Main Event.
Net als vorig jaar wordt de WSOPE in Cannes gehouden. Van 21 september t/m 4 oktober is het zover. “We can’t wait to return to the Cote D’Azur in 2012,” sprak WSOP vice president Ty Stewart. “We have moved up the schedule a couple of weeks to take better advantage of the great weather and all Cannes has to offer.”
“Ask anyone who attended last year. This tournament is now a certified major championship and the experience is second to none. The media is already speculating on 1,000 players for the Main Event and we will be ready for them,” voegde Stewart toe.
Beloven weer mooie toernooien te worden daar in Zuid-Frankrijk. Vorig jaar won Elio Fox het Main Event, goed voor €1.4 miljoen. Hieronder het programma.
