Overall Purpose of Role:
This position will provide the rightcandidate with the opportunity to become part of the finest Customer Serviceteam in the online poker industry. Working in a fast-paced, collaborativeenvironment, this area of the business provides potential for rapid growthwithin our company, which is the support arm for Full Tilt Poker. The idealcandidate for this position will be based at our corporate offices in Cherrywood,Dublin, Ireland and will work closely withthe Senior Operations Manager for multilingual email and phone support.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- A key part of an expanding multilingual Customer Service centre
- Representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers
- Guaranteeing an unparalleled Customer Service experience
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Must show excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility in working hours (evenings/nights and weekend required)
Skills / Experience Required:
- 2-3 years high volume customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience writing customer service correspondence.
- Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
- A high level of English fluency (written and oral) is required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- General Internet Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of poker an advantage though not essential
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong Team Player
