WPT Amsterdam van 8 t/m 16 mei; €3.300 Main Event, €6.000 Highroller

Het is officieel! Na de WPT National komt nu de grote broer de echte World Poker Tour ook naar Nederland! Van 8 t/m 16 mei is het zover in het Holland Casino Amsterdam en er staat een werkelijk waar schitterend toernooiprogramma in de steigers. Hoogtepunten zijn het €3.300 Main Event en een €6.000 High Roller!

Daar is ie dan! We wisten al wel een beetje dat ie eraan zat te komen, maar hoe en wat daar was het grote wachten op. Nu weten we het! Een geweldig negendaags pokerfestival van internationale allure – en dan hebben we het een keer niet over de MCOP! De toptoernooien hebben we al genoemd maar verder is er zo goed als iedere dag wel een side event aan te spelen.

WPT Main Tour Amsterdam
Op 8 mei begint het bal met een €330 Single Re-entry satellite naar het Main Event en ook op 9 mei is er daar één van. Daarnaast is er die dag een €330 Warm-Up event dat twee dagen duurt. Op 10 mei is het druk met de grote €6.000 Re-entry Highroller, een €600 Bounty (€100 is de bounty) en weer een €330 satellite voor het Main Event.

Op 11 mei begint het €3.300 Single Re-Entry Main Event (twee ‘starting flights’) en is er weer een €330 satellite voor de late entry-liefhebbers. 12 mei biedt een €330 NLHE/PLO Mixed event en de tweede startdag van het Main Event. 13 mei is het knallen in de €750 8-Max NLHE. Op 14 mei een grote jongen weer, namelijk de €1.500 Big Stack Single Re-Entry. Op de 15e vier kaarten en gaan met een €550 PLO en de afsluitende zondag biedt een €300 Turbo.

WPT National Valkenburg
Tegelijk met deze aankondiging is ook bekendgemaakt dat er weer een WPT National komt in Valkenburg. Deze is vanaf 30 september t/m 4 oktober met een €750 Main Event en een €1.500 High Roller.

WPT’s komende vier jaar
De komende vier jaar is er zelfs ieder jaar een WPT Main Tour én een WPT National in Nederland. Dus t/m 2018 zitten we geramd! May your cards be live and your pots be monsters!

World Poker Tour® Announces Partnership with Holland Casino

Historic First WPT® Main Tour Event in Amsterdam Kicks Off May 11; Festivalon May 8

The World Poker Tour® today announced an exclusive four-year partnershipwith Holland Casino, establishing an annual WPT® Main Tour and WPT Nationalevent in the Netherlands through 2019. The first tournament, WPT Amsterdam,kicks off May 11 in the Venice of the North, and features two starting flightsand a buy-in of €3,300.

The World Poker Tour will then return to Holland on September 30 for WPTNational Valkenburg. The festival begins with a €1,500 buy-in High Roller,followed immediately by Day 1a of the €750 buy-in WPT National Valkenburg MainEvent.

The WPT Amsterdam festival kicks off May 8 with a single re-entry livesatellite, and is followed by a two-day, €330 buy-in warm up event on May 9.Other events include:

May 10 at 4 pm:	€600 buy-in Bounty Event (Freeze out with €100bounties)

May 14 at 4 pm:	€1,500 buy-in Big Stack (Single re-entry)
May 15 at 4 pm:	€550 buy-in PLO
May 16 at 2 pm:	€300 buy-in Turbo (One-day event)
